Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Introduction

This document establishes the conditions governing the purchase of products on this website (WWW.WAIIVY.COM), hereinafter "the conditions". Please read these terms carefully, together with our privacy and cookie policy. By placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these conditions of contract.

These conditions could be modified. It is your responsibility to read them periodically, as they will be applicable to your order those that are in force at the time of placing the order.

Processing of the data provided

The personal data provided by you when placing the order will be treated in accordance with the privacy policy of this website. The purpose of processing them is to process your order and offer you promotions and services from Waiivy. In no case will they be transferred to third parties without your consent.

Procedure for placing an order

To place an order, you must follow the online shopping procedure and click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUTr". After this, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). We will also inform you by email that the product is being shipped (the "Shipment Confirmation").

Product coverage and availability

All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items left in stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

Delivery

We will send you the order consisting of the product(s) listed in each Shipment Confirmation within the period indicated on the website according to the shipping method. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to go ahead with the purchase establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.

Shipping Methods

The production time is 3 to 5 working days. Once produced, it will be sent and you will receive a tracking code so that you can locate your order at all times.
Shipping times are approximately as follows:

  • No rush: (10-20 business days after processing) No follow up
  • Economy: (5-10 business days after processing) No follow up
  • Standard (3-5 business days after processing)
  • Express (1-3 business days after processing)
  • Flat Rate (10-20 business days after processing)

Transfer of risk and ownership

The risks of the products will be at your charge from the moment of their delivery.

 

Price and payment

The prices on the website include VAT, but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount.

Prices may change at any time, but (except as stated above) possible changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.

Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will have been added to your cart and the next step will be to process the order and make the payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, filling in or checking the information requested in each step. Also, during the purchase process, before making payment, you can modify the data of your order.

You can use as a means of payment the payment with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay.  

To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card information will be encrypted. Once we receive your order, we will pre-authorize your card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuer, but if the issuer does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and can not enter into any contract with you.

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

Returns Policy

Can I return my order?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of this applies to you, contact us at info@waiivy.com We will immediately refund you within 1 or 2 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not gone into production.

Contact us immediately at info@waiivy.com . If your product is already in "Production", the order can no longer be cancelled.

We print all our products on demand.

What if my product is damaged when it arrives?

Please contact us at info@waiivy.com and include a photograph showing the problem.

Our support team will contact you to coordinate a new shipment of your product.

Please note that colors do not usually look the same on all monitors or screens so there may be minimal color variation in the print.

The deadline for a claim for a defective or incorrect product is 14 days once the product has been delivered to the customer.

Conflict resolution platform

In accordance with Regulation 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013, an online shopping dispute resolution platform has been operational since 15 February 2016.

The objective of this platform is to provide an interactive website and offer a single point of attention to those consumers and traders who want to resolve, out of court, disputes arising from online transactions in e-commerce.

Liability and Disclaimer

Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, our liability in respect of any product purchased on our website shall be strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

In this sense, if you contract as a consumer and user, we are obliged to deliver articles that are in conformity with the contract, responding to you for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product. Products are deemed to be in conformity with the contract provided that (i) they conform to the description given by us and possess the qualities we have presented on this website, (ii) they are suitable for the uses for which products of the same type are ordinarily intended and (iii) they display the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that are reasonably expected.

 

Partial Invalidity

If any of these Conditions or any provision of a contract is declared null and void by final resolution issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force, unaffected by such declaration of nullity.
